Posters
- The deadline to submit your poster in .pdf format is Monday, April 27th by 9:00 AM. To submit, email these files to [email protected].
- You are not required to use Beamer or Latex for your poster or slides. However, if you do not use the LaTeX templates, you must format your poster and slides with the headers and MEGL and GMU logos provided by the template on the webpage. Using the template from the webpage is generally encouraged.
- The poster session will be held: Friday, May 1st in Exploratory 3301 from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. You are expected to show up by 9:30AM to help set up your poster.
- Teams who do not submit their poster by the deadline may be expected to print the poster themselves.
Symposium
- Presentations should be 15 minutes long, with 5 minutes afterwards for questions.
- The deadline to submit your slide deck is Wednesday, April 29th by 9:00AM. To submit, email these files to [email protected].
- The symposium will be held: Friday, May 1st in Exploratory 3301 from 3:00PM to 6:00PM, with an option to attend on Zoom.
- Teams who do not submit their slides by the deadline will be expected to do all of the following:
- Arrive no later than 2:30PM for the Symposium on Friday, May 1st.
- Bring their slide deck in PDF format on a thumb drive or in an email ready to download
- Present at the end of the session, rather than at the scheduled time.
- If students do not complete the above, then they may not have the opportunity to present at the symposium.
